Offerings
Infradebt is permitted to invest in both Public-Private Partnership (PPP) and non-PPP operational infrastructure projects with at least 1 year of commercial operations:
- Facility in the form of Rupee denominated Bonds
- Fixed Interest Rate and Flexible Repayment Schedule
- Tripartite Agreement (approved by Ministry of Finance, Government of India) with Project Authority for first right on termination payments.
- Flexibility to provide facility by way of Rupee denominated Bonds or Rupee Term Loan
- Fixed Interest Rate and Flexible Repayment Schedule
